Our Parish Care Team assists in the following ways:
- visiting elderly, shut-ins, sick or hospitalized
- welcoming / visiting newcomers to the parish
- providing “respite care” for the caregivers and families, special needs children etc.
- offering ministry to the bereaved
- providing outreach to single parents, separated, divorced, and widowed
- providing transportation to church for those in need
- bringing communion to the sick and shut-ins
