Presidents Message January 2012 Happy New Year!  We are back at it again after a beautiful Christmas and very warming New Year. As your council begins a new year full of events and activities, we encourage you to refer  to our calendar of events (dates and events always changing or being added) and if you find something of interest we would love to have you join us, and please bring a friend.  If you have ideas or options you would like us to consider we welcome all ideas. 

We have introduced a slightly different structure to our general meetings.  The business portion of the meeting will be much shorter and we are attempting to have informational/educational speakers at 4 or 5 of our general meetings throughout the year.  Any of our 'social events' such as our potlucks will strictly be social events.  Unless absolutely necessary we will not be dealing with business issues on those nights.   We also hope to introduce a few workshops throughout the next year or so. Come check us out and tell us how we are doing.  We would love to hear from you.

I have attached our Annual Report for 2011.  This will give you an idea of what your council has been up to this past year.
